Compensation: 6 Million IDR + Benefits + Commission

dōTERRA is a billion-dollar wellness company based in the United States, renowned worldwide for its pure, high-quality essential oils and natural health products. With a presence in over 100 countries, dōTERRA empowers people to live healthier, more natural lives. We are looking for passionate Sales Associates to help expand our footprint in Indonesia.

This role is ideal for those with experience in selling health supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or nutrition products; especially in spa, wellness, or clinical environments. You'll introduce dōTERRA’s premium products to health-focused businesses and help them bring wellness to their communities.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell dōTERRA’s globally trusted products to spas, fitness centers, wellness clinics, doctors, and other B2B clients
• Conduct door-to-door and business-to-business outreach
• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Educate clients about essential oil applications and wellness benefits
• Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in health product sales (e.g., supplements, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, nutrition) is highly preferred
• Comfortable with B2B or door-to-door selling
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Passionate about health, wellness, and natural products
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Basic English proficiency is highly preferred but not required
