Sales Lead

dōTERRA is a U.S.-based, billion-dollar wellness company known for its world-renowned essential oils and natural health products, trusted by millions across more than 100 countries. We are expanding our presence in Indonesia and looking for experienced Sales Leaders who are passionate about health and ready to lead a high-performing team.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in sales of health supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or nutrition products. You will coach your team to bring dōTERRA’s premium product line into spas, fitness centers, wellness clinics, and health-focused businesses across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Associates promoting dōTERRA’s globally recognized wellness products
  • Develop sales strategies to reach spas, clinics, gyms, and other B2B partners
  • Monitor sales targets and provide regular training and performance feedback
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and partners
  • Conduct field visits and support door-to-door or in-person sales efforts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and education efforts
  • Report insights, performance, and growth opportunities to the leadership team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or team leadership in the health or wellness sectors
  • Prior experience selling to spas, clinics, or health-related businesses preferred
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities
  • Deep interest in natural health, wellness, and sustainable living
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with B2B or door-to-door sales methods
  • Basic English proficiency is a plus
