Sales Support Specialist

Eterna Indonesia, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist our U.S.-based solar energy clients. In this role, you will provide crucial support to sales representatives, ensuring that inquiries, processes, and communications flow smoothly between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for sales representatives, assisting with inquiries and providing accurate information and direction.
  • Identify and direct requests to the correct department — whether it’s installer support, onboarding, commissions, or escalation teams.
  • Manage incoming emails and messages, ensuring timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between sales teams and relevant departments or partners.
  • Maintain clear and organized communication records across CRM platforms, email, and team channels.
  • Support smooth coordination between sales, installers, and internal operations teams to ensure process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools, Outlook email, and communication platforms such as Discord, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and informed decisions.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willing to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles — preferably in customer service or sales operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems for tracking communications and updates.
  • Interest or background in renewable energy or solar industries is a plus.
