About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist with a passion for sports and digital content. In this role, you’ll ensure our content is delivered consistently, aligns with marketing goals, and performs well across platforms. You’ll be the key link between the content team, clients, and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms based on the content calendar
- Coordinate closely with the content team to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
- Manage incoming task requests from clients, coaches, and support teams
- Monitor and track performance across all social media channels
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve engagement and reach
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and day-to-day content operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in sports and social media trends
- Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple requests at once
- Proactive mindset — able to spot issues and optimize performance
Nice to Have
- Experience working with sports teams, brands, or creators
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Basic understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
