Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role


We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can fully manage and improve our paid ads from start to finish, with the main goal of generating qualified demo requests and booked meetings. This role is very hands-on. We’re looking for someone who has personally run and optimized ad campaigns, understands B2B marketing, and can take ownership of results — not just complete tasks. You’ll work closely with the team to test ideas, improve performance, and scale campaigns that work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms
  • Help generate qualified leads, demo requests, and booked meetings
  • Build and manage campaigns for different stages of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)
  • Monitor campaign performance and make improvements based on data
  • Increase budget and scale campaigns that perform well
  • Pause or improve campaigns that are underperforming
  • Set up and maintain tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, UTMs, and GA4
  • Support landing page improvements to increase conversions
  • Track lead quality and campaign performance through HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Share regular updates, reports, and insights with the team
  • Work with creative ideas, ad copy, and testing different marketing angles

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in paid ads, digital marketing, or performance marketing
  • Strong experience using Meta Ads Manager
  • Good understanding of B2B marketing funnels
  • Experience with tracking tools like Meta Pixel, UTMs, and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Comfortable testing ad creatives and improving performance
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks and results
  • Comfortable working during MST business hours (9 AM – 5 PM MST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or sales-focused companies
  • Experience managing larger ad budgets
  • Familiar with basic video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere
  • Comfortable using AI tools for marketing or creative production
