We are currently hiring mid-to-senior Full-Stack Developers to help build a brand-new, greenfield SaaS platform from the ground up.

About the Role

You'll join the founding engineering team building a U.S.-based HVAC sales and project-management platform — a multi-tenant SaaS that carries a deal from lead to quote, in-app financing, e-signature, installation, and payout. This is a greenfield build on a modern TypeScript stack (NestJS + Next.js on AWS), so you'll help shape the architecture from day one rather than maintain someone else's legacy.

You'll work directly with the U.S. client team and Eterna's product team across the full stack — from PostgreSQL data modeling and a secure NestJS API to a polished Next.js interface. This is a fully remote, full-time position with working hours aligned to U.S. business hours.

Requirements (must-haves)

• 3–5+ years building production web apps with TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS or Express), and React.js / Next.js
• Strong PostgreSQL / relational data-modeling skills; comfortable writing and reasoning about SQL and migrations
• Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, plus auth and secure handling of secrets and credentials
• Genuinely full-stack — you can design a schema, expose an endpoint, and build the screen that consumes it
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude / Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily coding workflow — this is core to how we build
• A working understanding of AI agent orchestration — how AI coding agents and tools are coordinated to plan, build, and ship software (multi-step / multi-agent workflows)
• Experience with automated testing and working against a CI pipeline
• Proficient with Git and collaborative, PR-based workflows
• Fluent in English, confident communicating with remote U.S. teams via Discord, and dependable during U.S. hours
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and clean, scalable coding practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-tenant SaaS experience, especially Postgres Row-Level Security or tenant-isolation patterns
• NestJS in production; Drizzle ORM (or Prisma/TypeORM) with postgres-js
• AWS (App Runner / ECS, RDS, KMS, Secrets Manager) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Integration-heavy work: webhooks, outbox/queue patterns, idempotency, third-party API adapters
• Experience with financial, CRM, or field-operations software (proposals, payments, e-sign, scheduling)
• Testcontainers, contract testing, or other integration-testing tooling
• Familiarity with Next.js App Router, React 19, Tailwind CSS, and building admin dashboards or internal tools
• Experience building your own AI-assisted workflows, prompts, or agents

Certifications (e.g. AWS) or equivalent demonstrated experience are welcome — we value proven ability over paper.
