About the Role
We’re looking for an IT Operations Specialist who can support day-to-day IT operations and help ensure employees have the tools, access, and technical support they need to work effectively.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on troubleshooting, user support, system administration, and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with internal teams, manage support requests, and help maintain a growing technology environment across multiple business platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, learning new systems quickly, and taking ownership of issues from start to finish.
What You’ll Work On
- Manage and respond to IT support tickets, diagnosing and resolving technical issues for employees
- Troubleshoot software, account access, platform configuration, and system-related issues
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding across multiple business systems and platforms
- Administer Google Workspace, including user accounts, groups, shared drives, and permissions
- Build and maintain reports and saved searches within business systems
- Monitor automation workflows and investigate system alerts or failures
- Manage user access and basic administration across various business applications
- Track and manage software licenses, assignments, and renewals
- Create and maintain IT documentation, setup guides, and process documentation
- Escalate complex technical issues with clear findings and recommendations
- Work closely with team members to improve operational processes and system reliability
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting end users
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable availability during U.S. Time working hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or IT Operations roles
- Experience with Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with SaaS administration and user management
- Experience working with ticketing systems and technical documentation
- Exposure to automation platforms such as Zapier
- Experience supporting remote teams and distributed work environments
