Eterna Indonesia, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based chiropractic practice. In this role, you will assist the doctor with documentation tasks, preparing patient progress reports and managing repetitive administrative work so the medical team can focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update patient progress reports using the client’s documentation software.
• Create follow-up visit reports based on templates and documentation prepared by the doctor.
• Copy and update patient visit information from previous records to maintain accurate documentation.
• Input visit dates and routine treatment updates for ongoing patient care.
• Format and organize reports so they are clean, consistent, and ready for doctor review and signature.
• Save and maintain documentation within the client’s remote system or virtual server.
• Assist with documentation work for multiple doctors when needed.
• Provide regular updates on completed reports and pending tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, nursing, or medical administration is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation workflows.
• Comfortable working with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Discord.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Willingness to learn new software systems used by the client.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with medical documentation, patient charts, or healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, SOAP notes, or clinical documentation.
• Previous experience supporting healthcare providers remotely.
• Experience working with remote desktop environments or cloud-based software systems.
