About the Role
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This role is critical in building a scalable revenue engine, optimizing processes, and creating a single source of truth across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize the GTM (Go-To-Market) tech stack
- Manage and improve CRM systems (HubSpot) and workflows
- Analyze GTM data including pipeline, attribution, and unit economics
- Design and implement processes across marketing, sales, and CS
- Improve lead management, scoring, and routing systems
- Support sales operations (forecasting, pipeline management, CPQ, quotas)
- Support customer success operations (health scores, churn analysis, onboarding workflows)
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with HubSpot (must-have)
- Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar roles
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience managing CRM systems and automation workflows
- Ability to work cross-functionally and break down silos
- Strong ownership mindset — you build, optimize, and scale systems
