This role supports product owners and senior technology leadership in technical IT development and client-facing initiatives. The Technical Associate will participate in development discussions, contribute to code under guidance, and support meetings by clearly communicating information, raising questions, and tracking follow-ups.
This is an entry-level role suited for someone who is technically capable, confident speaking in meetings, and eager to grow within product and engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product owners and technical leadership in IT development and client meetings, occasionally attending meetings independently for information-gathering and updates
- Communicate technical updates, questions, and clarifications during meetings while deferring final decisions to leadership
- Assist with writing, reviewing, and testing code under guidance from senior engineers
- Help translate client and product requirements into documented technical tasks for development teams
- Track action items, requirements, risks, and follow-ups to ensure alignment across teams
- Prepare meeting summaries, documentation, and status updates for internal stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support to product and engineering teams during development cycles
Required Skills & Experience
- Basic to intermediate coding skills (JavaScript)
- Familiarity with software development workflows and technical terminology
- Familiarity with AI systems, prompt engineering, and open to learn about new technologies
- Good spoken English with the confidence to ask questions, clarify requirements, and speak clearly in meetings
- Willingness to learn from senior engineers, product owners, and leadership
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately
